STUDIO SCHEDULE

Monday

9:30am Warm Vinyasa (w/ Justine)

An upbeat, heat-building class aims to connect breath and movement  and work towards building a strong body and a calmer mind. Heat is set to 80 degrees. Please bring water and a towel, if needed.

6pm Butt & Gut (w/ Nicole)

(STARTING 2/3/2020) Sculpting and toning everyone’s favorites: bootys and abs! This fun and active class sill worth with resistance bands, weights and your own body weight. Please bring a yoga mat, water and a towel, if needed.

7:15pm Slow Flow (w/ Erin)

Connect with your body, flowing slowly and mindfully from pose to pose while creating a reflective pause and the time to go inward. Class will be set to 80 degrees.


Tuesday

9:30am Gentle (w/ Bridget)

Accessible for all. This class guides you to tune into your body and your breath. Expect prop-supported poses with an emphasis on stretching.


Wednesday

6pm Warm Hips & Hamstrings (w/ Dorri)

Stretch out those tight hamstrings and relieve tension in your hips in this warm, flowing class. Whether you can’t touch your toes or are looking to get deeper into your pigeon pose, this is class is the perfect addition to any yoga practice. Class will be set to 80 degrees.


Thursday

9:30am Warm Slow Flow (w/ Bridget)

Connect with your body, flowing slowly and mindfully from pose to pose while creating a reflective pause and the time to go inward. Class will be set to 80 degrees.

7:45pm Gentle (w/ Erin)

Friday

4:30pm Kids Yoga (w/ Dorri)

The perfect blend of active yoga sequences, energizing music, yoga-inspired games, mindfulness, gratitude, acceptance and most importantly, FUN!

9:30am All Level (w/ Laura)

A class for yogis of all experience levels. A creative class that will guide you through poses while working on stability, strength, and balance in poses.



Preregistration required for all classes.
