STUDIO SCHEDULE

Monday

9:30am Warm Vinyasa (w/ Bridget)

An upbeat, heat-building class aims to connect breath and movement  and work towards building a strong body and a calmer mind. Heat is set to 80 degrees. Please bring water and a towel, if needed.

6pm Barre Fusion (w/ Holly)

Ballet inspired strength training workout combined with pilates format to target and strengthen core muscles. Full body balance and power to create lean muscle tone.

7:15pm Warm Slow Flow (w/ Erin)

A moderately paced class focused on moving fluidly from pose to pose while working on flexibility and balance. Class will be set to 80 degrees.


Tuesday

9:30am Gentle (w/ Bridget)

Accessible for all. This class guides you to tune into your body and your breath. Expect prop-supported poses with an emphasis on stretching.

6pm Butt & Gut (w/ Nicole)

A class focused on sculpting and toning everyone’s favorites: bootys and abs! This fun and active class sill worth with resistance bands, weights and your own body weight. Please bring a yoga mat, water and a towel, if needed.


Wednesday

9:30am Restorative (w/ Justine)

Allow the body to find space to gently surrender and soften into the support of the props while receiving relaxing, passive stretching. Please bring a blanket. *Only 6 spots available.* 

6pm Warm Hips & Hamstrings (w/ Dorri)

Stretch out those tight hamstrings and relieve tension in your hips in this warm, flowing class. Whether you can’t touch your toes or are looking to get deeper into your pigeon pose, this is class is the perfect addition to any yoga practice. Class will be set to 80 degrees.


Thursday

9:30am Beginner (w/ Bridget)

Get to know the fundamental poses of yoga and their appropriate alignment. This class is accessible for those new to yoga or anyone looking for better alignment in their practice.

6:45pm Zumba (w/ Heather)

*BEGINS 12/12 AS A FREE CLASS (THAT DAY ONLY)* One hour of music pumping, adrenaline rushing, booty shaking, calorie burning action. This is your new happy hour! Beginners are always welcome to join.

7:45pm Gentle (w/ Erin)

*BEGINS 12/12 AS A FREE CLASS (THAT DAY OPEN)* Accessible for all. This class guides you to tune into your body and your breath. Expect prop-supported poses with an emphasis on stretching.


Friday

8:30am Gentle (w/ Holly)

4:30pm Kids Yoga (w/ Dorri)

*BEGINS JANUARY 3RD* The perfect blend of active yoga sequences, energizing music, yoga-inspired games, mindfulness, gratitude, acceptance and most importantly, FUN!

Saturday

*BEGINS JANUARY 5* A class for yogis of all experience levels. A creative class that will guide you through poses while working on stability, strength, and balance in poses.



Preregistration required for all classes.
